Information Collection & Use:
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.
Security:
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

Shipping:
We ship via USPS Priority
Mail within 24 hours of when the order is received except
for orders received on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Those
will usually ship on the morning of the first business day
immediately following the weekend or holiday.
USA Shipping
- We charge a flat rate of $10.70 per order for all orders within the United States.
- We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your package is shipped that will include a tracking number for the package.
- Orders will arrive normally within 2-3 days.
- Additional shipping charges will be assessed for orders over 70 lbs. in weight.
- We will contact you if any item you ordered is not in stock at the time your order is processed.
International Shipping
- We charge $25.00 per order for shipment to Canada and $45 to all other countries that we ship to.
- We ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your package is shipped that will include a tracking number for the package.
- Orders will arrive normally within 6-10 days.
- Additional shipping charges will be assessed for orders over 20 lbs. in weight.
- We will contact you if any item you ordered is not in stock at the time your order is processed.
Returns:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to bring
it to our attention.
To obtain
authorization for a return, please call 877-676-2226 or e-mail sales@kirbydermatology.com.
Depending on the reason for return we will either replace a damaged item or issue an online store credit. If
returning merchandise, you must do so within 30 days of invoice date and include your RMA number and all parts, pieces,
and printed material in order to be eligible for a return. We will not
accept any return without prior authorization and issuance of an RMA.
Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of

* Shipping fees will be refunded only on orders that the
original item(s) were damaged. All other shipping fees are
non-refundable.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
